Data collected

Through the contact form we collect: full name, business name, phone, email, package of interest and an optional message.

Only with your consent we also collect aggregated statistics on how the site is used, through Google Analytics (see the Cookie policy).

Purpose

Form data is used solely to contact you and schedule the requested briefing. Statistics are used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Legal basis

Processing follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The use of Google Analytics is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Form data is sent to the email service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards it to our email address. If you consent, statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited through Google Analytics and may be transferred to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Contact requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. For clients, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, for accounting records, for 10 years as required by law.
